I agree with Noladome about waiting to the offseason and I agree with Dave about adjusting until we find a comfortable level.

We should wait until the offseason and go heisman.... 1) succesful plays on all American don't necessarily work on heisman 2) every game vs the CPU will be a battle I think we should mimic the settings and sliders used on online ranked games to be official. I would rather just adjust the sliders on all-american instead of going to heisman especially considering we have middle of the road teams. Sometimes when playing the powerhouses with lower raked team it can become impossible to stop a Texas, USC, Oklahoma, etc. I thought all ranked games are played on All American with no slider adjustments?

I agree sliders need to be adjusted, but I say to be fair wait till the offseason. Therefore it would be a clean slate, instead of say a team already beating one team handily, but say another team has to play that team later on in the season it would not be the same team they would be better. I would normally agree with that points, but with the default sliders it is way too easy to pass and run on the cpu and the cpu doesn't run or pass the ball well enough to make the games realistic.

Rutgers hands Michigan a spanking 38-0. Small tweaking to increase CPU run game and decrease user run game could be in order still. That's basically what I will do after I advance this week. Does anyone else have any feedback on sliders or what needs tweaking?

if your going for a realistic run game for the cpu, up the blocking and leave the rb ability at 40 0r so, as for human runningid do about the same, try it our, its actually kinda fun at those settings

I'm asking anyone who has feedback on the sliders to post them here. Does the cpu stop the run better and run the ball better? Is the user running game more realistic now? Does the passing game need to be adjusted?
Is anyone real familar with the speed threshold? I get the concept, but I've never changed it to see the difference. I don't even know if it needs to be changed. I haven't changed it from the default of 50. For those who don't know I believe it's the difference between the fastest and the slowest players. For example the lower the number the more difference in speed between the faster and slower players.

I think it's getting better. We'll see if the USER running game stats become more realistic. That's probably the only complaint I would have right now.

I agree I like the changes that you've made Dave. I think we can see how the stats and games turn out now, and if further tweeking needs to be done, we can do it.

Maybe need to look at the injury slider. I have 4 players out on injury for a significant amount of time. Including a starting QB and RB.

I don't think there is an injury slider, but I will check tonight. I wish they had a slider for fumbles, but they don't.

Yeah it was a hell of alot harder to run on the CPU and the CPU was running all over me.

Since you played a good team like Miami, hopefully that means we have the running game more realistic. When I play Oklahoma it should be the same as Miami was for u.

I'm thinking about inreasng the cpu pass defense and decreasing the cpu rush.
Current Sliders:
New Sliders:
QB Accuracy 45 50 Pass Blocking 45 45 WR Catching 50 50 RB Ability 40 55 Run Blocking 45 55 Pass Coverage 45 55 Pass Rush 50 50 Interceptions 40 40 Rush Defense 40 55 Tackling 50 50 FG Power 45 45 FG Accuracy 50 50 Punt Power 45 45 Punt Accuracy 50 50 Kickoff Power 40 40
Changes in bold. If anyone wants to try these out and give your feedback. I don't think we need much change except for these few things.
